Pet Policy: Pets will be considered on case-by-case basis and must be approved by Owner. A $500 security deposit will apply for each approved pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 will apply for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for Power, Water & Sewer, Natural Gas, Refuse Service and Internet/Cable, if desired.
Laundry: Home includes utility room with washer/dryer hook-ups.
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care. Home is hardscaped for easy maintenance.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $40 per adult applicant.
We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced nonrefundable Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening.
Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
