There is a city bus stop on the same block as the house. The bathroom would be shared with this one male. There is a second full bathroom on the lower level as well which can be used on an as need basis. The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,025.00 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. 
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,175.00 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. 

All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
