Each unit has been fully remodeled and has newer appliances. Beautiful original hardwood flooring is used throughout the majority of our units. Lawn care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent.

We use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill the water and trash between all units.
