Application fee is $40 per adult.

Applicants net monthly income must be a minimum of 3X the rent.

Minimum credit score, 600. (All applicants with a credit score in the 500's will be asked to pay a double security deposit.)

Pets case by case w/ $300 deposit and an additional $40 a month

Once an application is received, we will ask the applicant for a copy of their ID, Social security card, last two paystubs, and last two bank statements.
