Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our building. Entry is through a fire escape staircase. On the 2nd floor you will find a large bedroom with great natural light from the windows and a great work space desk. Our living/dining room has room for a table for 4 and a lounge area with TV. The kitchen has been updated. The bathroom has a historic claw-foot tub. Upstairs you will find a spacious 2nd bedroom, and a laundry room.
Our apartment has been lovingly restored to have modern finishes, yet keep the character of this historic property. Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our building. The main level is 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. A 2nd bedroom is up on the 3rd level with a laundry room for your use.
Street parking is available for this unit. You can get up to two permits from the city for parking, which allows overnight parking.
We have a small yard that is shared with our other neighbors in the building. It does have a small fence around it, but it is an old iron fence, and is not 100% escape proof for dogs.
