Home includes recessed lighting throughout, dual central heat/air, 2-car garage. Resident is responsible for weekly landscaping services. Pets are not permitted. To qualify, applicant must have great credit, have verifiable income of 3X the rent, and great rent and/or mortgage history.
Resident is responsible for an additional $180.00 monthly toward water, sewer and garbage utilities.
Resident to be enrolled in the Resident Benefit Package Program (RBP) for $40.00 per month.
